I'm having Trouble Accessing My Purchase or Logging in
After purchasing, you were sent an email by “Clickbank Customer Service” to the email you entered when purchasing.
*If you don’t see this email its possible that you mistyped your email, or if you used Paypal, its possible that the email went to the account linked to your Paypal. Check all your emails to be sure.
When you open the email you’ll see a button that says “Access Digital Product”. Click that button, and you’ll be taken to a page with a video that says “Instructions to Access”, under the video, you will see a list of everything you purchased. And a red button that says “access this product”.
Click the red button, and it will take you to the registration page for the product . Choose your username and password under “register for an account”. Once you do that, you’ll have access to the product. If you purchased more than one program, you’ll need to go through that process for each one.
If you chose a username and password, but are still having trouble logging in, to identify the issue:
1) Did you choose a username and password on the registration page? If not, review the above information. If you still can’t find the registration page or didn’t receive the email from Clickbank, send us a message and we’ll get you set up.
2) If you chose a username and password, but its not working for some reason, you can use the password reset here: https://members.themagneticlifestyle.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you still have issues, we have a dedicated support team that standing by to help. Just send them an email or submit a ticket, include your full name, the email you purchased with, and the name of the product, and they’ll get you set up.
Please note that we pride ourselves on support, and you will hear back from someone within 12 hours. (usually much shorter).
I have a question about the material
If you have a question about any of the material, the best place to ask is in the forum, where we have coaches stopping by to help students out throughout the day. You can access the forum here.

I can't find a product I purchased
If you purchased multiple product, you have to go through the registration process for each one in order for them to show up in the “product library“. If you didn’t go through the registration process for a product, check your email for an email from Clickbank Customer Service, inside you should see links to the registration pages. If you can’t find the email or still have issues, contact our support team with your name, email, and the products that are missing, and we’ll go in and grant you access
